Eat with care. To keep it pantry friendly, there are no salt added options for the beans and rotel, then you might look up Primal Kitchen or G. Hughes BBQ sauces. Not much you can do about the sausage except replace with chicken or turkey versions, but IMHO they suck by comparison.
