Well... Hopefully not. At least here in germany you are forbidden from using one of these kebaps the next day. You can't cool them so it's really dangerous. That's why normal shops have smaller kebabs where they are sure they use it all up on the day.
I mean i can somewhat agree with the court. The output was leaning towards the original picture, but it is defenetly not the same. It is a drawing of a similar dog in a similar surrounding. And that does not infringe copy right. The "dog in water catchign a ball" concept itself is not copyrighted. Only the specific picture. And the generated is similar but has more then enough differences to not be the same.

He does not understand that's not how it works. In europe many countires try since covid to bring pharma back to europe. Which is hard, since everything - beginning from the basic chems they use - is produced elsewhere. And cost to operate is high, so it's clear this is more of a "we need to have independent backup" then a "we need to get cheap meds" thing. If there are no alternatives, why should pharma comp care about his dumb tariffs?

I never understand how people can store valuable pictures of their kids and so only on a fricking cloud server or this one phone.... I have several backups on three different harddrives at to different locations.
My new phone i from telecom. I comes with a small screwdriver, and a small manual of how to remove the back and replace the battery. Other then that you can't see a difference to other phones.

I think this is only a design file. Not pictures from the actual build. Lighting and everything seems to be too abnormal.

Some people choose to not eat vegetables (not judging..), and again giving them some instead of what they expect is not ok. Or using a different animal then what you expect, another deep rabbit hole of conversation you could go down (culture, religion etc..) So lets just agree with "If you serve something where most people expect XYZ in it, make it clear if that is false"
I would like to disagree. If we skip over the small percentage of people who can not east meat for diatery reasons (like they get ill from it), this is in the end just a "i don't want to eat this" or from the other side "i want to eat plant instead of meat". I will not downplay their reasons for it, but it's basically just that. I think the same principle applies in the other direction. I choose to eat meat instead of vegetable. I choose and expect meat in my hot dog / burger. You can not 1/2
I totally hate brocoly. If soemone would give me e.g. a dish that he sais is with spinach / looks like it's made with spinach and is instead with broccoly, i will be mad.
Soo.. While the idea is def. interesting.. 24 pages is like nothing story wise. Just the intro above is 4-5 pages depending on how you count. So paying money to see a glimpse of a story mid next year.. In a world where web comics are either free or pay and directly view.. Just saying...
Sooo... Each time i want to watch a movie i could: go to a location, see if they have it, see if it is available, pay for how long i want to rent, drive back, see it (plus ads and pirate warnings), drive back to bring it back.. Or just open a software, search and click... For a fixed monthly price... Yeah that's easy to answer.
Think about the opposite: giving a vegetarian or vegan a meat sausage instead of a vegan one. Everybody agrees that is not ok. So why would the opposite be ok?
you do not do this with small babies. You ask people to wash their hands with soap first before touching / handling a baby. Because their imune system is very weak in that age... Sooo... Bad idea to introduce the fast amount of bacteria and such in dogs mouths..
Yeah by all means.. No dog into the baby's face. We ask other people to wash their hands before touching our baby, and then you decide to let a dog which is known to have a very broad bacteria milleu in it's mouth to kiss yours? Like There are only one kind of wounds you regularly clear / wash out, and that is animal bites - including dogs.
My opinion: This should only be allowed if the person agrees to this while still living. And to make it fully clear it should be called digital necromancy.
