We already have a younger adult who is still a spazzy girl. They're being introduced, and it's gone weirdly. I've had cats for 50 years and she's sending some really mixed signals. Lol. She hissed at him with ears forward, tail up in a curl and no sign of defense posture. Same with growling. Gave him kisses thru the kitty gate and shared treats. Today they meet with no gate and get their pecking order determined.
We figure he's gonna be a big ol floofy, and we're okay with that.

Thanks for that. We're coping, and yeah. Had him around since kittenhood. They really are like children. I cried like a little bitch at the vet for an hour and not one person looked at me or Amanda funny. They've been through it.
