Best of luck with it, I'm revisiting Dark Souls myself for some nostalgia and it's not lost it's touch
For Dark Souls 2 if the chest has a lock it's a mimic and for number 3 I think it's back to the chain
Look for a chain attached on the right side. If it's in a circle it's loot if it's in a wiggly line it's a mimic.
Yeah they do have health and if you do break it instead of the usual loot you get rubbish. You can tell mimics apart from regular chest tho
Is there a chance of reading the end result? I'd like to see how the research went
