Hey, thanks for following up. I've been staring at this photo of this grilling program for the last three and a half years. Still lost.

No, they're all called quads, even if 6. Only 4 tonal drums. Spocks are effects. Source: 4 years DCI, 2 years WGI, and back pain from quads

Therapist here, and I've seen colleagues do this. I would probably point out that I notice this and ask if they notice it
I thought he meant it's a motivation/reminder of why to stay clean
Weed/booze > opiate pills (vicodin, oxycodone, codeine) > pills stop doing the trick > heroin does the trick > heroin tolerance grows > fuck
People RARELY just start with heroin. They build tolerance to other opiates and have to go stronger. Usually the progression is like.. (1/2)
