Tannins in the wood reacts with steel and sweat (water) that can cause chemical stains, like black markings around nails in old oak

2) cities, countries, state school find, mental health alcoholism and drug services, state police, and alcohol and drug abuse prevention
This caps any program/city/county that's currently taking money from ever increasing their budget
Changes the OR Marijuana Account, taking *all* money over $11,250,000 for this program alone
Creates a 'grant oversight committee' it doesn't actually establish any addiction recovery centers
I'm ok with the idea, but the actually writing of this law is a money grabbing shit show
