Someday is today.
but about getting through it. you never get over a loved one, and that's weirdly a beautiful tribute to them I think.
Your cousin sounds truly wonderful. The shock is definitely the hardest part to go through. Grief recovery isn't about getting over it, 1/2
My MIL is going through this. She's not eating and we don't know what to do. We're only 30, we didnt expect to lose his dad (my FIL) so soon

Very soothing yet energizing! Well done!
Beautiful, amazing tribute to your baby. Please share it with those closest to you so they can better help support you <3
Please take care of yourself emotionally/mentally/physically. Burn out is real and you deserve better. Keep your faith and don't give up!
You are NOT part of the problem. I may be an atheist but I sure as hell (lol) appreciate everything real people of faith do for others. <3
At least now the US is in presidented times again.

Some ideas to refresh yourself before working: take a walk, drink a glass of cold water, wash your face, stretch before sitting.

@op, we appreciate you so much!

It doesn't matter how long it took, it matters that you did the work and gave depression a great big "fuck off!"
Cute kiddo! What's the difference in usage for walkers like that and ones where the basket would be in front?
It helps with the unending dread and anxiety.
Every night I think about the day and 1 thing that made me feel loved, 2 acts of self care I did, and 3 things that make me smile.
They absolutely do. Thank you for being selfless and taking the time to make these posts. :)
Sometimes I go for a while without reading your posts so when I really need them, like tonight, I have a ton of feel good things to read <3
Sorry about your slog day at work. Mine has been sloggy too.
more please
Rewatching it this week!
Let yourself grieve. Give yourself time each day to feel what you need, but set a time limit and reduce that amount bit by bit. Helped me.
Burned out really bad last semester, trying to recover before next semester starts. I needed this <3 thank you!!!
