Nothing cray cray, but a burger and fries or big burrito, etc really helps stay on track the rest of the week.
But for the most part, I make my food in a way that works for my diet as well as "pleasure eating". Also, I do 1-2 cheat meals each week...
Generally, it isn't. I'm trying to lose weight, so I find sticking to stuff easier than variety. If I want a change, Ill make it work...
It's helped me a lot. I find 2-3 options for each meal that meet my nutrtional needs. You can't make bad choices if there's no choice to mak

I'm a MOPAR guy and woukdn't trade my Challenger for anything, but my dream car is a '69 Chevelle SS.
