Laws here dictate that any company willing to double the initial trial period has to notify the guy with a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (is that the correct term?). One week past the end of my period I went to the HR lady who seemed unaware of my situation. I heard later they had forgotten the letter AND to tell me of the intent and that they just went with it. Worked 5 great years there before the company decided to...
I mean,does his signature bears any weight at this point? Any deal could be considered manipulation or taking advantage of his vulnerability
