From what I've found, you need 100 sq ft per person (200 if storing for winter) per year. That would be about 43 people per acre or 129 for this entire garden. The avg american household has 2.51 people, which means this can feed 59.3 households on fresh produce. It's pretty cool but not even close to 2000 that the post claims.
I don't know about the others but the top middle sword was actually used by a frisian freedom fighter dubbed "grutte" (large) pier
