Trials bikes are pretty cheap. Most people just run stupid low pressure on their bike tyres out of ignorance. Low pressure = flats easily
For real! I want to combine this with cross country skiing ;) never saw the interest of biathlon, but now I do.
I basically don't do anything that costs money and eat very simple home cooked foods.
Stress is stress. Cortisol for days.
In Norway a single loaf a bread, two sweet potatoes, and two tiny blocks of yeast cost 12 quid.
Did this for 2 years, turned me into one lazy SOB.
I don't own the shooting range, this is the gear they had there.
The target is real but has a handy screen that allows you to see your shot without getting closer.
