We probably live in different places and have different experiences, but I don't understand why the hostility towards pattern recognition.
Either spoting patterns is a form of discrimination or we define words differently.
In my expeience, these apply for most people but definitely not everyone. And why spoting patterns is "dumbass" and "1955"?
