I agree to a point. But how many businesses lobby for these loopholes so they can take advantage of them?

As a BBQ snob from Charlotte, I hate the term "Carolina pulled pork". That means nothing to me unless you eleborate on style and sauce. Typically it just means "we added slaw". Now if they could learn to make some decent slaw...

I saw a similar video a couple years ago that showed varying flood or surge levels. Crazy to see it presented that way. Really put things in perspective.
It's pretty walkable when the tide is out. There's an island people walk to. It's just deceptive because the incoming tide saturates everything before they realize what's happening.
As a former firefighter, I wish this were true... I lost count of how many times we responded on one side of the interstate and watched wrecks happen or heard screeching tires on the other side even though their lanes were perfectly clear.
