Probably Chokecherry (Prunus virginiana) or Wild cherry tree (Prunus avium)
By the bark i would say its cherry of some variety
The honking was coming from inside the house the entire time...
Could also be lead poisoning. as forscience6686 said. see a doctor. the sooner the better.

that's a guesstimate on the weight. either way not enough stopping time for the truck. and he did swerve which is amazing reaction time.
1 sec from start of the video the car driver has "almost" stopped. double trailer truck (80,000+ pounds...Empty). truck passes >1 sec later.
