Honestly this is fair. I'm first born Floridian, and anytime I visit all of my family that's in Massachusetts there's always some discussion about whose house is being casually haunted by Aunt Louise. They also have the same stuff in most of the houses that have been there for the past 100 years, and have both attics and basements. Lots of square footage for weird stuff.
