It being "fast travel load screen simulator 2023" really didn't help it. At least in Skyrim you could walk between objectives and maybe find something neat. Can't exactly do that in interstellar space.

Last time I went to the ER in Canada was for a severe head wound. I waited 17 hours to be seen (it was work related). That sucked, but the moment I walked in the door they opened another triage station *specifically* to check me, and if I'd had a concussion then I'd have seen a doctor very quickly. Waiting in the ER sucks, but being rushed through it is way worse.
Friend of mine built a "new" PC a few months back. He ended up with one stick of 16gb ram and it was more expensive than any other individual part. Admittedly he got a great deal on a used 1080ti, but still. Ended up paying like $1500 CAD for everything and the ram was $380 of that.

#25 Okay, so. This is probably a Search Index issue. By default in Windows 10/11, your computer only indexes a few places - mainly My Documents. Might be the entire user folder, not sure. But if you save things outside of that area, like say on a different drive, it isn't indexed and windows doesn't know it exists. You have to manually tell indexer to index all your drives, then it works fine. Yes it's dumb as hell, but this is a fixable issue. Also you can regedit Bing search out of start.

What kind of games do you like? For roguelikes I'd go with Risk of Rain 2. Clair Obscur is a great RPG. Crypt of the Necrodancer is a rhythm game/roguelike hybrid. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is a hack 'n slash that's way better than the name suggests. Diablo 2 remaster got a new dlc a couple months ago and it's still fun. RTS games StarCraft 2 is still the king and there's a bunch of custom campaigns nowadays. Valheim is a decent survival crafting game but it updates super slow.
I had a cat who loved to rub against our feet while doing the sees. If I locked her out of the room she'd stand outside and scream until I let her in so she could come rub against our feet. She didn't do it at any other time. Luckily the girl I was with at the time thought it was hilarious.
