I think my county went universal in the early 2000s and state did in 2011.
My states had universal mail in voting for as long as I've been able to vote. Never had to go anywhere and stand in line. Doesn't sound too appealing.
Access to that food court alone is worth the membership. Chicken bakes 4 life.
