yeah, we've liked pretty much everything we've tried, except for pork. Always comes out almost mushy. Was surprised how good carrots turn out though, that's become one of our go-to's
sous vide is such a game changer. can take "cheap" (relatively speaking) cuts of beef and make them delicious with very little effort. Give them a good quick sear over high heat afterwards and voila.

When you add up the people who did vote for him and the people who were unconcerned enough to let him win you've got a sizable majority. I spent decades of my life being solidly anti-gun. I found (and still find) the fetishization of them super fucking creepy. But after Covid I saw how people changed, and my feelings...evolved. I highly, highly recommend that every POC and alphabet person buy and learn how to responsibly use a gun, yesterday. Trump has already gone on record saying he would take peoples' guns and "ask questions later." We are rapidly approaching the time where they start going door to door. 1/2
it's a shame we only have people willing to type about swords and not any willing to actually, you know, swing them.
