It could be better written, but it's for instances where you can't expect everyone to know the law in full. If my boss says to go pick up new gear from the warehouse, it's not on me to know if it's been legally purchased. It mentions having knowledge that the order is illegal. Military training tells you firing on a shipwreck is illegal. It tells you firing on civilians is illegal. That would generally be considered having knowledge, though I can't say how often that's been tested in court.

It's what you put into it vs how much others ruin it for you. People ruin it for themselves with their actions, but other people also suck.

Nah. Nerve block and anesthesia. Healing isn't different from any other surgery. Worst part is stretching so the arm fully extends again.
The fun part is it isn't a perfect solution and can return later on. Heavy computer use can cause. Make sure your ergonomics are up to snuff
I had both done within a few weeks of each other. I was unable to do much for about two months. I'd recommend spacing them out further.
