Okay Israel did some real bad shit but since when he counts records... 2000? Cause...WW1...WW2... the Mao-regime, Stalin, Korean war, Vietnam war, Ruanda-massacar, Idi-Amin and so one.... humanity didn`t really do a great job being human in the last... 3000 years
When you read what i told you you see i pay my people already double the minimum wage and still have people telling me its not enough... maybe you should think of you being entitled to have an opinion about such stuff without ever running a buisness... and yeah I pay then so they take part of the burden of the buisness through their work... otherwise why should i pay them at all when they didn`t help me in any way to carry the burden of a buisness?
We raised our prices the last few year due to inflation and everything... meals got from 22 to nearly 30 bucks... and before you scream greed... last 5 years... oliveoil raised 80% in prizes...salmon nearly doubled... meat raised 50 to 70 percent, electricity and gas doubled also etc etc people are allready complaining and we lost customers ... its allways nice to hear "you just need a lil raise in prizes... its not taht easy
I don`t get a cent from the goverment so shut up if you have no clue what you are talking about...
our minimum wage is nearly 13 and my people get 22... still i have people telling me i don`t value their work enough and should pay more

It is cause i get the same shit as all the other just cause I am the owner of a buisness.... i get hatemail, i get protestletters, stones through windows just cause you publicly say its not as easy as raising the payment and everything is fine... cause people give a shit about facts and other opinions... or logic... just read the comments here... people not knowing me tell me i value rent more then my workers being with me for more then ten years... this is about people like me cause people
Totally agree with you... but then standing there and saying "complaining about this is conservative" is just wrong, there are many buisnessowners who want the keep their staff... but you have to be realisic... someone washing dishes can`t be paid the same as waiters, chefs, nurses, blue collar workers and so on... its not that easy saying everybody gets this and that... thats not how the world works
Last year every tenth restaurant in Germany closed their doors for good... those aren`t a few which were badly managed... those where 13000 restaurants, diners and bars... due to inflation, less workhours and higher wages... and you know who suffered the most? Around 50000 to 60000 employees who lost their jobs and have nothing now... and thats what happens when you put the same pressure on small buisnesses as you put on big coporation

And how should we compensate that... people all over the world are crumbling under inflation, many even stopped going out for dinner...now i raise my prizes...youthink the people will pay that when i charge more for the same product as before?
I pay more for my employees then for rent and utilities...maybe just be quite when you have no clue about buisness structures
So you basicly have no clue what you are talking about... let me tell you we make like 60000 a month... 15000 are rent around 24000 are the employees around 10000 for gas, electricity and water and around 8000 to 9000 for groceries leaves me with 2000 to 3000 per month to live... its a working system with many other buisnesses working the same way... and now think what 2000 more costs will do per month
So you call 2000 doller per month so 24000 dollar a year a minor inconvenience? may I ask what you make a month so 2000 dollar are nothing
Same as I would say, when I cut your monthly money by half and you can`t live from it your work model is not viable

GET PAID THE SAME AS MYSELF... and when you can do math 1920 plus a bit under 1000 are around 2900 per month netto, which is near twice the living wage in Germany... and yes this is all about buisnessowners like me cause we get mixed with corporations like McDonals and so on...sure they can pay 3 Doller more per hour, won`t hurt them...but many many small buisnesses will collapse and still we hear all the same... its boss-greed... just look 9 minutes and allready 2 downvotes
Did you ever here the term "innocent till the guilt is proven"... just cause you think someone is a criminal dosen`t make them one... since two years now they try to gather proofs for sextrafficing and found nothing... is he an asshole... damn sure, but is he a criminal... not till they found something and prejustice is a dangerous game, destroyed to many people in modern society, men and women
So crime is fully justified as long as you don`t like a person... interesting point of view... thumbs up for being the better person here
Despite the fact that his buisness is allready failed, so the payment won`t be the cause of closure, its still something that could kill small buisnesses... I run a restaurant myself and my four workers get paid the same as myself its a fact that 3 dollar more an hour would kill me. It dosen`t sound like much but in the end its 1920 more per month, which I would have to pay from my money which would bring me under 1000 dollar per month, some small buisnesses are really fine tuned
So bullying some people for appearances is fun but others is bad... what again is hypocrisy?
