Think mid 50's person with no savings has a stroke, goes to the ER, gets a stupidly huge bill, that they have no way to pay and no ability to work again, so they are taken care of by family. No money, no resources, no way to make money, just eternal harassment until they die. Years into that, the calls from scum collectors will finally stop. That's all this is.
