I've been to this restaurant several times, actually had my rehearsal dinner here. They are very used to flooding, this certainly isn't anything new for the restaurant. On one of the pillars in the entrance, they have plaques noting how high every flood has gotten, this appears to be far from the highest flood they've seen

I do, but the delivery fee is enormous and I expect a tip!
