Hey, I get these exactly. I’ve had them my whole life. Just before it appears I realize can’t make out peoples faces or read the computer screen. They start as a dot and then expand just like this picture. They last about 15 min. Then they fade and I have a sense of calmness. No headache, thankfully. I call them an aura.

I made one as a kid. For radioactive source I used an old navy watch with glowing numbers. Didn’t see a lot of activity.

From what I see house cats and tigers have the same programming. So I think a giant cat would be terrifying and dangerous.
Sometimes I get a migraine and when that happens everyone’s faces look like these AI faces.
