Every single statement by the FBI and CIA about TikTok has been given in the form of a hypothetical.But the US loves passing rights-violating legislation because of hypotheticals with no evidence all the time, so this is nothing new.

Will not protect you from TikTok, because no evidence has been presented that TikTok is doing anything wrong. There is no protection because the implicit statement behind the legislation is that stealing all your data is fine as long as it's a US company doing it. And meanwhile it's violating the first amendment of the US constitution.
All an IQ test shows is how good that person is at taking that IQ test. You can study for an IQ test and do better the second time around. That alone discredits any inherent reliability, even before getting into their racist creation and eugenics-related usage through history.
Dogs evolved to observe and react to human behavior and emotions. If the human they work with is expecting a result and rewards the dog when that expectation is met, then all you're training is to make the dog do that reaction whenever the handler expects it. Regardless of physical circumstances. It's not objective, and the subjectivity allows the handlers to basically get any result they want to out of it. Subconsciously or not.
