Post-production! After Effects has a "wiggle" function that can create random variable fluctuation based on the value and increment of time.

Definitely! My movement of it was probably the quickest of the elements. Dropped some pins, set puppet motion and moved on. Didnt want /2

Start and as you jump/spin/twist you build to the reaction of that landing. Rinse repeat. Lots of crashing but well worth it 2/2
I used to do something similar with that old sledding flash game (cant for the life of me remember the name) but basically you build a 1/2
