not legs in the air so much as rolling from side to side. people are way too heavy to be lifting like that, and it's a lot safer overall

yo, see it. it's excellent. it's still very much a james gunn superhero movie, but oh man is it just right for the times.

why would he make his friend pay anything back? laundering money to him was the whole point. just as this fencing job is probably another laundry op to another "friend" (i.e. donor)

you're not wrong, but like the post stated, the embargo has been in place for 60 years. This isn't just "we won't do business there", it's a policy of strong arming every other allied country into the same by refusing to trade with any company or country that dares open their markets to the island. All that to say, the US has treated Cuba like absolute shit for decades, Trump (like with everything else) just threw gas on an already burning fire.

i'm so glad that, after building so much momentum from a complete standstill, she's continued pushing with it rather than retreating. If we want any hope of the left winning on the electoral front, this needs to become standard practice for popular candidates

as well finally (FINALLY) holding these mega corporations to some kind of accountability. I pray this is the first stone to building the grave of the billionaire class.
