I don't blame you for being suspicious at all. I'd post the "original" if I could find it but this remix cropped up earlier and it seemed fitting for the dump. Obviously the sound was edited so that could play a roll.

Audio engineer here. This clip did not originally have the celery crunch. That was added in post. Not saying the poor girl wasn't badly injured, but even on cheap headphones I can tell the ambience of the crunch doesn't track with the rest of the audio. Pretty well done, however.
