China. Dirty people who spit everywhere. Service was abyssmal and they ignore traffic signals or pedestrian crossings. Food was good though.

I live in one of the richest neighbourhoods in Sg, and one neighbourhood over I see homeless people. Don't be fooled by the propoganda...
We get rain quite frequently, but it's normally in short bursts and doesn't provide nearly enough water to supply that fountain all day long
Do some research. It does not rely on rainwater.
But it keeps out airport cool and cuts down on having to use so much energy for airconditioning.
Besides the spelling error, they are very articulate.

No, that american kid was caned for vandalism of property and theft. Selling of gum is illegal, chewing is not. Improper disposal = fine.
