I go to a lot of comedy clubs in my area. Burbank to Hollywood. It's pretty much what most people are doing now in the local comedy clubs. 1-Are you two together? 2-Where do you work? 3-Where do you live? I went to a show about two weeks ago where my friend was doing his routine. Out of 7 comedians...only one had a fully prepared routine.
My friend would get stung just looking at this. It's like he's a magnet.

I don't agree. It seems like they were both up for it. I'd bet the younger dude knew he wasn't fighting someone off the street. A friend of mine was one of the guys that brought Jujitsu to the United States in the 1970s. He's in his late 60's now...still teaches. He still carries himself very well, even against much younger guys.
It's boxing, not a street fight. There's technique that takes years. Getting good is a triumph.
