I'd like to think the care providers in my state wouldn't as well, but the thing is, even if they didn't, the administration has already found ways to work around noncompliance a couple times - remember when Doge seized millions of people's medical records? I wasn't in there, at least in that regard, but if I started the procedure and Trump did something like that again, they would have me. And yeah, it would be one thing if it was just me, but it isn't.
The only reason I haven't looked into HRT is because I would be on official documentation doing so, and I can't reliably expect them to not be able to get access to my medical records somehow, even though I live in a blue state. I live with 4 other nonconformists, if I create a trail then my entire household is at risk.
Why would they want to distract from that? They don't give a fraction of a fuck about public health, and never have. As far as they're concerned, this isn't even newsworthy, and isn't worth their time.

It feels like aliens trying to communicate, but only knowing the language in the most mechanical, literal sense. They understand the 4-6 era is the most popular by a wide margin, but they can't understand why. They know the 7-9 era is massively unpopular, but can't understand why.
Prob'ly gon be in the 20-ish years between 3 and 4, is my guess. Partly cuz he dies shortly after, and partly cuz the stuff they make after that time window keeps bombing massively and they're desperate to get anything at all out of the franchise that they can.
