I think it‘s not about hate but perception.
Nazi propaganda however reported to a great extent on him and stylized him into something he definitely wasn’t, at least not to this extent.
In my opinion, he was not as good a general as he is often portrayed. Particularly in Africa he made some silly tactical mistakes.

The part with "meaning lost" is also incorrect. Some of the architects are still alive and have talked about the meanings of the monuments!
Abandoned Yugoslavian Monuments is wrong. I'm a historian and know that some of the monuments are still cared for and part of an exhibition
