Well, wouldn't that make communism a form of institutionalized socialism? I can't really think of a non-socialist communist gov't example.
You still make decisions in your life and act them out, you're not a passive observer unless you're terminally ill or something like that.
I take it you can explain the difference between the two?

IIRC, date formats that use slash don't put day in front, and those that do don't use slash. Nice thinking though.
