I don't think so, around 14 sec you can see the far side outrigger as the pivot point lifting the truck up. It shortly thereafter breaks, but the cylinder is already on the ground at that point. I think the broken part started out under the truck - perhaps a drive shaft for the PTO hydraulic pump?
Sooooo... I don't want to look like a thickie-thicky-dumb-dumb to all my mates, could the bald dude give me a run down here?

Loved Richard Scary as a kid. Found the old books when we became parents to read to our kids. Babykins was a favorite chaos monster.
