All I can think of is Pigeon Man from Hey Arnold
Sounds reminiscent to what the United States did to the Native Americans...
It looks like the video taken from an excavator based off the way the window looks in the beginning of the video. You can also see all the land already having been cleared around them, plus tire marks. It was probably human caused. Those poor trees.
NJ has some of the cheapest gas prices in the nation because they made it unlawful to pump your own gas. The prices are less because they didn't have the consumer paying the tax that covers the liability of having consumers pumping gas themselves. There was a tax hike a few years ago that raised the gas prices some but they are still some of the cheapest around.
