There should be plenty of headroom. Each channel on the Quadro is rated at just over 2A and the 4 Noctua fans only draw around 0.4A total.
I'm used to open air / heavily vented systems and have no problem keeping things clean. But it will have custom side panels soon.

Yeah I guess I wasn't specific about that. I also replaced the stock Corsair fan for a Noctua one.
I did not. But I did make a wooden mold out of wood, and then melted more wood down, and then poured the molten wood into the wood mold.
Better to over estimate than under estimate!

If I see any integrity loss, I definitely will. Everything is a very tight fit and holds itself together well right now though.

The MB tray is secured to the back panel & slots in the bottom panel, that is glued to the front and top. Nothing is shifting at all! (2/2)
Found a great looking piece of poplar and decided to turn it into a case! Maybe I'll do a V2 down the line with Walnut (1/2)

I guess I wasn't very specific on that, sorry. Swapped the stock fan for a 92mm Noctua one

Even stock the SF750 should be fine for my 5600x and 3080. Any upgrades down the line I might have to upgrade to something else.
Solid as in the wood used in the panels is solid, not veneered wood. Have to join the panels and make it easy to disassemble in some way

750w should be plenty for my plans. Under load CPU drawing around 75W and GPU around 320W. Both of those will drop when I undervolt them.

The Gigabyte X570SI motherboard has a nice heat pipe and heat sinks on it. I will monitor all temps closely and adjust things as needed.
