I guess fake would mean they got a photo of 2 Belgians whiping their ass with a normal Dutch flag, which is a reasonable assumption.
It's not a Belgian or French flag, which have vertical stripes. Can't be German, wouldn't have a white stripe. Dutch with swastika or fake.
