The main reason home cooking is better is because you control what it contains. I use turkey meat (90% Lean) for my burgers at home with minimal cheese, loaded with spinach, onion, turmeric garlic curry sauce, and a cabbage leaf. As far as fast food goes, most joints fry their stuff in canola oil and use ingredients that are high in saturated fat and salt. You often cannot control what restaurants do with their food.

#1 With the exception of the first trigger, abandonment(I had overbearing caregivers), I am emotionally and physically triggered by all of these. Not only were my caregivers overbearing, they were loud, violent, and extremely self-serving despite our impoverished predisposition.
