You know in the military thats a real thing we plan for. A lot of people are like calm down thats not going to happen. But what if it do. And here is an example of it do
Antlers technically are cancer but there are safe guards and it falls off every year. This is the cancer where the guard rails have not worked as intended. So yes cancer but on purpose cancer that went awry
Believe it or not these are big conversations at hospitals. End of life care is gruesome and expensive. The mayo clinic is actually working on how to make the process less painful for the patient and family and that often means less support and letting the death happen. Not sure what context RFK was saying but what I am sharing is a real conversation a lot of compassionate doctors are having.

I listened to JD Vance when He was on Rogan last week (pretty bold to mention in this crowd) but Vance said communism is on the rise because politics has produced a system where there is no hope for the generations coming up. Vance said thats him and his colleagues fault and their job to provide that world or socialism is going to be on the rise. Talk is cheap and I dont trust the words of this administration at all but that framing is true. We will be feeling the Bern the next few years

I think we have been watching in a way political theater for the past 50-70 years and the curtain is falling. Without the curtain people are going to actually speak their minds. Who fucking knows who all of the actual bad guys are Its kinda exciting in a way, good politicians and media members on both sides have a chance to freely speak their minds.

And yes people who don’t have kids often are not buying 4 or 5 bedroom homes unless they intend to be a landlord…… private equity. Don’t fall for the marketing tactics to convince the population to by over priced goods
That never made sense to me. We have a supply issue but the supply is in private equity. Wouldnt that be a private equity issue. Also people are having less kids and boomers are dying which actually DECREASES the demand and increases inventory.I think we just have private equity on both sides of the equation, PE is driving demand and snatching up supply. Its not your home buyer looking for an affordable home that is fucking the system side ways
Here is a next level fuck fuck game: call your doctor / debt collector and say that you talked to your insurance provider and there is no record of submission on their end. And watch them just ignore it because they wont do the leg work to argue about $300
And if it does get that far you can finally pay it. I have saved $1000s just by literally saying “I am not going to pay that”. There have never been any consequences. And if there are going to be (which seems to be never), thats when you start to negotiate the price down and finally pay.The system is rigged and super fucked. I would be an irresponsible consumer if I didn’t play capitalism back
Its crazy but if you are generally healthy just dont pay. Insurance only works if you are really sick and you need intense care ($1000s). Everything before that is gamed for the consumer to pay everything. Which is most of us. The average person/family is not hitting their deductible.I straight up just call my doctor and tell them I am not paying that $200. There is never any consequences. If they send you to collections just say the same thing. Anything under $1200 cant go on credit
