Good move with the second camera.
It is about happiness, often pre-transition feels like something is wrong all the time. My friend would try and go in dates but wasn't comfortable in their own skin. They wanted to explore the world of relationships but couldn't get over the hurdle. Helping someone find a way out of that feeling can save someone from depression, anxiety and in the worse cases suicide. My friend was so so much more happy afterwards, yes there are still problems but they are external.
