I've spliced fiber for cities' police departments. They have their own dedicated lines. There aren't any neighborhood hubs to pull a fiber for 10s while you put a splitter on it. And that would require someone in the area you're trying to attack. I dont think it's Americans attacking Minnesota

I was in a mall in Tampa and for some reason decided on sushi. The guy at the counter asked if I liked wasabi. I said yeah. He said, "I just made fresh wasabi. Would you like some of it." So I said yeah. I took a bit of wasabi, about the size of 2 pieces of rice. I went blind for about 45 seconds. My only reaction was to smash my hands across the table until I found my drink. It did not help. Around the 30 second mark, I honestly felt I would be blind forever.
