Take it one day at a time. You need to do something to take your mind off it. Find a hobby, read, write, workout, whatever you do for fun
It's a process. It takes time. You'll be ok, just keep moving forward. Make each day better than the last
What about family? If that's not an option, then your next option is still a good one. Do something you enjoy and meet new friends doing it
Reach out to them, if youre partner didn't like them then they probably didn't like your partner. They'll be happy to hear from you
You can always talk to a friend or something too. It gets better
Talk with someone about it if you can. It helps

There was a used one here at a local gunshop that I'm kicking myself for not buying. Went back to look at it a week later and it was gone
