That's odd considering all other Muslim nations have different views and only like Saudi that take a hard stance.
ISIS/Al-Qaeda/Boko Haram etc are all Salafis. Any non-salafi is an infidel, which is why they bomb mosques and kill msulims and others alike

It's more or less saying that husbands are responsible for their wives, feed them and spend on them while a women is responsible in honoring
