We had a ritual in our hall at my dorm. If someone started blasting Ace of Spades from their room, we'd all pour into the hallway and start flipping a couch back and forth.
Former EMS worker here. Air ambulance pilots almost always come from the military due to the number of flight hours you have to accrue to get hired anywhere. They'll have a minimum amount of medical training, first aid and survival training. Also, many if not most ambulance drivers are EMT-Bs, or Basics, and have a good amount of medical training and are generally on their way to being paramedics.
Then you need more fiber.
