16+° is t-Shirt shorts weather here, anything above 25° is a pain in the ass and -10° is freezing cold
I live in south Germany and the last time we had -10°f my windshield started to freeze up while driving.
Well you must not forget the climates are different all over the world
I'm not sure if you can just convert it like that ?
