I'm curious, where do you get the numbers for this? I've seen 5% for young adults, but CDC public health surveys have it at 1% for 13 and older (and slightly lower for 18 and older, .8%). Genuine question, no offense meant - I'd wondered about the percentages as well and your comment made me check.
