That is a good question. If Putin died there would be a easy step to start moving towards normalized relations with other countries again without them/Russia losing face as "they can´t be responsible for Putin" painting himself into a corner.
Our cooporate suggestion are to travel to US, China, Russia and some other countries with wiped (work) phones and laptops and just grab what we need when on our internal network in the country instead. I just avoid going there at all.

I´m curious. Why didn´t the landowner just put up a fence around the tree with guards keeping people away and then wait 3+what ever days of water she had for her to come down by herself or gravity? Not a dig at her, it just seems to be a very easy "problem" to solve for whoever wants to cut down the tree.

Well, I got all my limbs and about 35-40 years more experience and she´s still a better dancer.
