The reason corrupt politians stay in office is based on their party and voters(and personal ethics). If their voters or party reject them, they're out. Eric Swalwell, Tony Gonzales, George Santos, and Graham Platner for example. They all felt pressure from either party, voters, or their own shame. Trump has none of that.
Can you imagine the meltdown the GOP would have if Obama did this?

How is that supposed to separate the new version or suspend disbelief when you can point to him and say, "oh that's the guy who played him before." Reminds me of the Ghostbusters: Answer The Call remake. I don't want original actors in future movies unless they are somehow playing the same character. Not just for nostalgic purposes.
Exactly. She's taking the spotlight from his lies and ineffective speech and making the story about how she interrupted him. That's exactly what the democrats didn't want. She's falling right into what Trump wants her to do. The right can now rally against her interruption, instead of questioning Trump's words.
Wait, you think there is no corruption in other systems? I'm sorry to tell you, but every system has corruption. The extent and whether it's exposed or not is the only difference. Prince Andrew was only arrested because all this was made public, if it was not public he would not have been charged.

Not saying that's what this is, but: "Ghost tapping" is a rising,, contactless scam where thieves use handheld card readers in crowded areas to activate the NFC (tap-to-pay) feature on phones or cards, stealing funds without physical contact. Scammers, often posing as shoppers, get within 1-2 inches of a device to trigger payments, with fraudulent claims increasing by 150%.

It's also not the first time this ever happened on a national scale. It happened before and it will happen again. I just hope when/if this ends the next people are smart enough and have the backbone to enact some laws with teeth or safeguards like ranked voting, term limits, banning gerrymandering, etc.

It's not just capitalism, it's unregulated capitalism. If anything is left to function without limits it will be corrupted, because there are always people looking for loopholes and ways to corrupt it.

We rescued a dog that was adopted from the same rescue as a puppy then returned 9 years later when he got old and had bladder issues. Some people have no decency. They crated it most of the day because they no longer had time for him. We only had him a year before he passed, but he would sit outside in the backyard for hours stargazing or enjoying nature. All he needed was a belly band and patience, He was an incredible boi.

Someone needs to add Orinoco Flow to this.
Blocking roads in a country the size of America doesn't do much. It would be a local problem 1000 miles away. Similar to how 7 million people protested, but it was all spread across 50 states so it didn't have the impact of one centralized location.
I thought for sure we were gonna see Godzilla's tail swing through there.
But Neo was a straight man inside the Matrix and a straight man outside the matrix. If it was a metaphor wouldn't he be a woman outside the matrix? Then there wouldn't be any doubt about what it meant. That actually would have been a thoughtful twist.
Sounds a lot like a Jesus/Savior equivalent to me.
