Looks like Italy or France to me
I just noticed the equal depth of the penguin & trumps footprints in the snow, suggesting the penguin weighs as much as Trump (am I right? Isn't that how it works?) Seeing as the penguin is looking standard size from behind, it must have a HUGE GUT! I'm not a mathematician (and I have a fever), but it would be fun to calculate how massive the penguins gut has to be in order to make those deep footprints.

Plus day care isn't free - for a kid in kindergarten it's around 500 USD/month in CPH. You get ~730usd every 3months from the government/kid
The 33 hour week is a hoax though - a regular day job is 37,5 hour a week.
