From my point of of view it's kinda disinformation.
There's a sad story connected to the YT profile "Polskie drogi" the video comes from. The guy was producing best polish dash cam video channel, but in the time of COVID epidemic he revealed himself as antivac activist and currently as antiimigrant activist and lost a huge part of subscribers and his fame...
