As the drive shaft spins the zip tie slaps the under side of the car causing a lot of noise.
Try a long zip tie around the drive shaft as well.

2015 mustang went 285/35 19s on all 4 could have went wider on the rear but it's a daily so I wanted to be able to rotate them.
